The Children are back from their School Half Term and raring to go with the next play, The Schoolyard Front, written by Mick Broadhurst and Pete Read. It is a story about Evacuee's that have to leave their parents in the City for their own safety as the Second World War progresses and how they fit in with country life. I won't say too much, you will have to come and watch. I've read the first Act and am very excited about it. Judith will be directing this one with my assistance and we already have lots of ideas on the set and costumes, etc. We spent a few hours one night last week sorting out the characters and casting the parts and will be giving out the scripts at BCT tomorrow. I am sure the first question we will be asked is ....... Have you got the scripts? Followed by ....... Do we get our parts tonight? Check back here for more news soon.
